Fanning Jewelry’s design staff is excited to work with customers to create an original piece in our FJ’s signature style. We can incorporate gemstones, cubic zirconium, sterling silver, gold fill overlay scroll work, barbed wire and other designs on our jewelry.
Brands, figures, initials, logos, and more can be included on most of our jewelry pieces. Our team is delighted to work with you to give a personalized touch to original Fanning Jewelry pieces.
How To Order A Custom Ring
1. Browse through our custom design examples and our original FJ pieces for inspiration for your custom piece. First, choose a base template for your custom piece, i.e. ring product number R3B. Then select which design details you wish to add, i.e. stones, scroll work, barbed wire, crosses or brands. Choice of metals is the next consideration, i.e. sterling silver, 10K gold overlay, or a combination. A finishing touch of black background or oxidized sterling silver can set off your piece’s design details quite nicely. Determine your size or measurement if necessary. 2. Contact us via email or phone once you have a sense of your custom design plan. We will then discuss details of your design and give our opinions, so that together, we develop the best custom piece possible. 3. Within 2-3 days business days you will receive an email from our team with a draft of your order. At this time you can make adjustments to your custom piece as necessary until you are completely satisfied. Once you have reached your desired Custom Design we ask you approve it via phone or email.
4. Once you have approved your custom design it is time to make payment arrangements. We take all major credit cards and PayPal as well. We will not begin production until a 1/2 down payment is made. After payment is processed there is a 6-8 week turnaround time. No refunds or modifications are accepted once production as begun.
5. When your custom piece is finished we will contact you to confirm shipping information. You should receive your Fanning Jewelry Custom Designed piece within 5-7 business days!
