How Do I Get More Information About a Ring? How Do I See Additional Views of a Ring?

The easiest way to see additional details about a particular ring is by viewing its product description on our website. If you need further information, please free to contact us with your question and we would be happy to answer it.

Do You Offer Lay-a-Way?

Yes!  Our lay-a-way program allows you to make three equal payments spread out over sixty (60) days. A credit card must be on file with us and we will not ship your item until it is paid for in full. Please contact us for further details on how to place a lay-a-way order.

Can I Put My Own Stone and/or Diamond in One of Your Rings? Will You Do This For Me?

Although Fanning Jewelry does not deal in precious stones, we do have many customers who want to set their own diamond in our rings. To do this, we suggest a couple of methods:

  • Order a band with no stone or prong mounting. Purchase a white gold mounting from your local jeweler and have them mount and set your stone for you.
  • Order a ring with a mounting and crystal stone from Fanning Jewelry. Have your local jeweler remove the mounting and stone, replacing it with a white gold mounting and precious stone.  

Either method works to get you the ring you've always dreamed of. It is our recommendation that diamond and precious stones be set into gold mounting.

For liability reasons, we cannot handle our customer's personal precious stones and will not set the stone for you.

Can You Make a Ring Out of My Old Jewelry?

Unfortunately, we cannot make a ring out of your old jewelry. We do not handle our customer's personal jewelry or precious stones for any reason.

What is Your Jewelry Made Out Of?

Our classic FJ jewelry items are made out of .925 genuine sterling silver with 10 and 14 kt gold fill design elements. As for stones, we use the highest quality crystal and cubic zirconia.

Our Signature collection is also made out of .925 sterling silver with the highest quality Cubic Zirconia stones. The Signature collection also features true 10 kt gold (No Fill!) for gold Signature rings and Rhodium plated silver for silver Signature rings. These beautiful pieces come with our comfort fit band for long lasting comfort you'll enjoy all day.

How Do I Know What Size to Order?

  • We suggest going to a local jewelry store to get your finger sized.
  • Ring sizers used by some jewelry counters may be made by a different manufacturer than FJ uses.
  • Using a different brand sizer could result in sizing a ring plus or minus 1/4 size compared to FJ's sizes
  • The method a person uses in sizing can also result in a different size.
  • FJ sizes all rings to the center.
  • Fanning Jewelry is not responsible for rings that do not fit. If your ring does not fit, please see our exchange policy..

How Fast Can I Get an Item Shipped to Me? How Do You Ship Items?

IN MOST CASES in stock items will be shipped the same day for all orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday through Friday. We typically ship via UPS Ground unless arrangements for expedited shipping are made through the checkout page.

How Do I Know What Items You Have in Stock and Ready to Ship?

Anything on our website is available and can be shipped within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends.
